Consent
Before any test, the worker is shown what will be examined, why, who will see the outcome and how long it is kept, and gives consent in their own language.
Workers reach their own reports on their own phone, in a language they actually read. Consent is captured before a sample is drawn, and detailed clinical values stay between the worker and the physician — the employer is shown fitness, never a diagnosis.

Wants their report and certificate without asking HR for a printout.
Moves between principal employers and needs a certificate that verifies at any gate.
Needs to know what the restriction means, how long it runs and when the review is due.
Reviews a detailed report privately, with year-on-year comparison.
Every capability below is included in the corporate contract. There is no per-seat licence for the employee console and no separate implementation fee.
Reports, consent text and certificates render in six regional languages on any phone, with no app install and no corporate email address required.
Purpose, tests and retention are shown before the examination and recorded against the worker's identity — the DPDP Act position, implemented rather than asserted.
A verifiable certificate the worker holds, checkable at the gate by scanning, so validity does not depend on a paper copy surviving a shift.
Every cycle the worker has completed with us, in one list, so a change of contractor does not restart their health history from zero.
Recall dates, pending referrals and restriction review dates are pushed to the worker directly, not only to their supervisor.
A data-principal request — correction, access or grievance — can be raised from inside the record and is tracked to closure with a named grievance officer.
The sequence below is what this role experiences every cycle, from the first upload to the closed register.
Before any test, the worker is shown what will be examined, why, who will see the outcome and how long it is kept, and gives consent in their own language.
Identity is confirmed at the station by employee ID or barcode, so results attach to the right record even in a 300-worker camp day.
Once the physician signs, the full report is released to the worker's console and a notification goes out on SMS or WhatsApp.
The QR fitness certificate is downloadable immediately and stays valid until the next cycle's due date.
The worker can request a correction, ask how their data is used, or track a referral — without going through their employer.
Consoles are separated by design. What one role can see is a permission in the system, not a promise in a policy document — and every access is written to the audit log.
Data is processed under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 with consent captured before examination. Read the data protection commitment.
Six consoles, one record. A result entered once in the laboratory is the same result the physician signs, the worker downloads and the compliance register reports.
